How do I book?


Please use the 'Plan Your Event' button on our website and we will call you back within 48 hours to discuss your requirement.




How can I pay you?


A 20% non-refundable deposit is required 14 days before the event date. The remaining amount is to be paid within 5 days of the event and will be invoiced on the date of event. You will receive payment instructions at the time of your deposit invoice. We accept payments by BACS only.




Will you be there during the event?


We are happy to provide service for your party at £10 per person per hour timed from the arrival of your guests. Where required food will be set up and presented free of charge.




Do you provide plates & cutlery?


We are pleased to supply reusable and compostable cutlery and plates/bowls with our informal dining options should you require this. Lunch boxes are supplied in compostable or recyclable kraft card boxes. We can arrange hire of plates and cutlery, tablecloths and glassware as required. Please contact us for a quote.




Do you cater for special dietary requirements & food intolerances?


Our menus are designed around our clients’ specific requirements therefore we are happy to provide vegan , vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free options. An allergen checklist is supplied on request. Please inform us of any specific requests at the time of booking. All food items are prepared in an approved domestic kitchen therefore cross-contamination may occur. **Any severe allergies must be notified to us at the time of booking.**




Where do you source your produce?


We prefer to use local suppliers for fresh produce, our butcher is based in Winchcombe and supplies us with high quality grass fed and free range meat and poultry. Cream and milk come from Cotteswold Dairies and seasonal fruit and veg from local farm shops and if possible, our own orchard and vegetable and herb gardens.




Do you charge for travel?


We are pleased to deliver free of charge within a 5 mile radius of GL20 7AN. For events further afield there will be a small charge. 5-10 miles from GL20 7AN is a flat charge of £6 Delivery to venues 10-20 miles from GL20 7AN is charged at £12. Please ask for a quote for delivery further afield.




Do you offer refunds?


The 20% deposit payable 14 days before the event is non-refundable.




What is your food hygiene rating?


We are registered as a food business with Wychavon District Council and are pleased to hold a 5 star Food Hygiene rating. Both partners have Level 2 Food Hygiene certificates.




Which areas do you cater to?


Cheltenham, Gloucester, Evesham, Pershore, Tewkesbury, Burford and surrounding villages- so most of the Cotswolds!




Do you require parking?


We need very close access to the venue to unload food items which may be chilled and/or fragile. Please ensure that your venue has adequate parking at the time of booking.
